MILAGROS: Portal Culture is part of an artist residency at Diaspora Vibe Cultural Arts Incubator, Inc, in partnership with Miami-Dade College Art Gallery Systems, sponsored by the National Performance Network (NPN) | Visual Artists Network (VAN) funded in part by The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, Ford Foundation, and the National Endowment for the Arts
