Ride Transit to the 2026 Lexus Corporate Run

Ride Transit to the 2026 Lexus Corporate Run

The Lexus Corporate Run returns to Downtown Miami on Thursday, April 23, bringing thousands of runners to the area. Skip the heavy traffic and take public transit for a smoother ride.

Due to event-related road closures beginning at 1 p.m. through approximately 11 p.m., riders should plan ahead and allow extra travel time.

Getting There: Take Metrorail + Transfer to Metromover

Metrorail will operate on a regular schedule for the event. Metrorail operates from 5 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week.  Riders traveling to Downtown Miami should exit at Government Center Station and transfer to Metromover for quick access to the race area. Metrorail is $2.25 per person, per ride; 1-day passes are also available for $5.65.

Participants are encouraged to exit at:

  • First Street Metromover Station
  • College/Bayside Metromover Station
  • Bayfront Park Metromover Station

These Metromover stations are within walking distance of the start/finish line and event activities.

Metromover Service & Important Rider Instructions

Metromover will operate all three loops: Inner, Omni, and Brickell, with enhanced service to support high ridership. Metromover service hours are 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. Metromover is always free to ride.

  • At Government Center: Riders should proceed to the Inner Loop platform to access Downtown Metromover stations closest to the event.
  • Arriving via Brightline? The Wilkie D. Ferguson Metromover Station is a 2-minute walk from the Miami Central Brightline Station (walk down NW 1st Avenue; the Metromover station is on the corner of NW 5th Street and NW 1st Avenue). Take the Inner Loop to College Bayside, First Street, or Bayfront Park.

Rider Tips for a Smooth Trip

  • Expect heavy passenger volumes, especially before and after the race
  • Use the Inner Loop from Government Center for fastest access to event stations
  • Board the first available train to keep lines moving
  • Allow passengers to exit before boarding.
  • Be prepared to stand during peak times.
  • Follow posted signage directing participants to the race.

Metrobus Impacts

Several Metrobus routes will experience detours and delays due to road closures in the Downtown and Brickell areas. Riders should plan accordingly and allow additional travel time.

Download the GO Miami-Dade Transit app to plan your trip, track your ride in real time, and receive service updates. Metrorail fare gates accept: Contactless debit/credit cards, Mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and EASY Card or EASY Ticket

Corporate run eventgoers can now purchase a One-Trip, One-Day, and Seven-Day Pass in advance using the Token Transit App, or through Transit App, Google Wallet/Maps (Android only), and Moovit.
