Join the effort to keep our roads safe

Potholepalooza is an innovative program designed to raise awareness and encourage community involvement in identifying and repairing potholes throughout Miami-Dade County.

DTPW crews are ready to repair potholes and before the rainy season starts, Potholepalooza will be prioritizing work in Commission District 12.

Residents in District 12 are encouraged to report any potholes they encounter to help us maintain safer and smoother roads by calling 311 or 305-468-5900. Residents can also report potholes online or by downloading the 311Direct app.

Since its inception in 2023, Potholepalooza has achieved impressive results. Here’s the breakdown:

  • From April to June, 2023 – Districts 4 and 8 – 560 potholes repaired
  • Sept. to Nov., 2023 – Districts 1 and 13 – 175 potholes repaired
  • Nov. 2023 to Jan. 2024 – Districts 5 and 9 – 253 potholes repaired
  • Feb. to March 2024 – Districts 3 and 7 – 117 potholes repaired
  • April to June 2024 – Districts 6 and 10 – 145 potholes repaired

The Potholepalooza program only works if the potholes are reported. Providing as much information as possible ensures that DTPW can locate each pothole.
