A century ago, The Sanchez y Haya building was a hot spot for Tampa’s cigar factory workers, operating as a café, inn and lounge. Today, it sits mostly empty, in desperate need of repair. But before that can happen, a couple thousand bats that have been living there for more than a decade have to be relocated. STORY:
